This is a three-day classroom based course, with a minimum total of 18 hours learning. Dependent on the learner’s experience, there may well be some pre-course or post-course reading. It can be conducted on site at your company and
Certification Assessment is on-going by the instructor, culminating in a question paper. This qualification does not expire, but refresher training and keeping up to date with changes to policies and procedures is vital to keep the qualification current.
