{"id":3620,"date":"2025-07-30T14:55:13","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T14:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medicservicesinternational-com.stackstaging.com\/?page_id=3620"},"modified":"2025-08-11T11:24:11","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T11:24:11","slug":"emergency-first-aid-for-arborists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medicservicesinternational.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/30\/emergency-first-aid-for-arborists\/","title":{"rendered":"EMERGENCY FIRST AID FOR ARBORISTS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(LEVEL 3)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are now running a \u00a0Two Day\u00a0Level Three Emergency First Aid Course For Arborists for which includes the level 3 Forestry (+ F qualification) approved by the forestry\u00a0commission and is specially\u00a0tailored to the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course is an approved OFQUAL course giving the delegates a Level Three Qualification in Emergency First Aid and a Level Three 3 Forestry qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can be conducted over two days including outdoor realistic training exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A range of comprehensive range of&nbsp;subjects are covered over the two days&nbsp;which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legalities, responsibilities and reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessment of the situation and calling the emergency services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treatment of an unresponsive casualty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shock (including Anaphylaxis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fractures, sprain, strains&nbsp;and spinal injuries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical Conditions including heart attacks, angina, epilepsy, asthma and diabetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treatment of a choking casualty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wounds and bleeding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Catastrophic Bleed Management and use of CAT Tourniquet and Haemostatic Dressings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chainsaw injuries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head injuries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Burns&nbsp;&amp; Poisoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Climatic Injuries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegates will be assessed&nbsp;on the day&nbsp;by our trainer by a series of both theory and practical assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course will be specifically tailored to your delegates job specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On successful completion of the course, the delegates will be awarded a qualification in Level Three Emergency First Aid and a Level Three Forestry (+F) Qualification which will be valid for three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">READY TO KNOW MORE?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to know more about our Emergency First Aid&nbsp;for Arborists&nbsp;course?
